About Stephanie Winans
Stephanie is best known for digital marketing strategy consulting for radio and entrepreneurship in digital health. At The Randy Lane Company, she creates strategies for our broadcast media clients that drive ratings, listener loyalty and online engagement.
Known for supporting both corporate business goals and RLC personality branding strategies, Stephanie understands the needs of both management and creative talent. In addition to consulting, she conducts workshops on digital marketing strategy and speaks at US and Canada industry conferences.
With an entrepreneurial background in media, healthcare and technology, she has twelve years of experience in marketing strategy and business planning. Stephanie completed her MBA at University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and holds a B.S. in Marketing and Psychology from Spring Hill College.
A Southerner who loves to travel and learn new things, Stephanie currently resides in Washington, DC with her husband and two daughters. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her hanging out with her family, reading, or exploring an endless bucket list.
