Office Halloween Costumes

Many offices relax the dress code and let employees get creative, encouraging them to dress up on Halloween, or the closest weekday to the date. But what happens when a co-worker shows up dressed as something inappropriate? For example, a too sexy costume, a political costume, or an off-color comedy costume?
