• Go around the room and have each member of the show admit one thing that drives them crazy at work. This will give listeners a peek behind the curtain of what it’s really like to work at the station. If your pet peeve revolves around one person, confront them on-air.

• Ask listeners for input online or via text for “What starts a war in your office?”

• Start a conversation about an industry you know nothing about. For example, what starts a war at a strip club? Let listeners who have worked in the industry you choose chime in.

• Ask a postal worker. What drives a postal worker crazy (or postal!)?
