Sticky content (content that sticks with people) is powered by emotion. The first step to making an emotional connection with people starts with using emotional language. Much of Oprah’s content is about helping people feel better about themselves by drawing out feelings and emotions. Here are a few direct quotes from Oprah’s conversations:
